Katie Holmes is the picture of sporty chic in T-shirt and sweats as make-up free star runs errands in NYC
Katie Holmes looked radiant as the make-up free star headed out on an errand run in New York City on Friday.
Opting for comfort , the former Dawson’s Creek star, 46, stepped out in a pink T-shirt sweatpants and running sneakers.
Rounding out her overall look, Holmes also donned stylish sunglasses and pulled her long dark brown tresses up into a loose bun.
The Toledo, Ohio native wrapped up her last two work commitments that included playing movie star Julia Cheever in the Off-Broadway play The Wanderers, which ran from January 26–April 2, at the Laura Pels Theatre.
She also had to finish the promotional campaign for her drama film, Rare Objects, which she co-wrote with Phaedon A. Papadopoulos and directed.

‘Rare Objects tells the story of a young woman who seeks to rebuild her life when she takes work at an antique store,’ according to IMD. ‘She regains her confidence from the kind souls who own the shop, until those from her traumatic past begin to resurface.’
Initially debuting, via a limited release on April 14, the film was shown in select movie theaters across major markets.
Rare Objects would go on to be released on DVD & Blu-ray on June 6.
Along with Holmes, the cast also included Julia Mayorga, Saundra Santiago, Candy Buckley, Giancarlo Vidrio, Derek Luke, Ala Cumming, David Alexander Flinn, Jimi Stanton, Olivia Gilliatt, Ashley Noel Jones, Rose Lane Sanfilippo, Matthew Lawler, among others.
Holmes made her directorial debut with the drama film All We Had (2016), which she also starred in the lead role alongside Stefania LaVie Owen, Richard Kind, Mark Consuelos, Eve Lindley, Judy Greer and Luke Wilson.

The proud mother of one ended up dedicating the film to her daughter Suri Cruise, who was around 10-years-old at the time of its release.
Feeling the need to create from behind the camera again, Holmes wrote the drama film Alone Together (2022), and then served as the director and star.
The film, which made its world premiere at the Tribeca Festival on July 14, 2022, centers around two strangers who are sharing an Airbnb in New York state during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Joining her in the main cast were Jim Sturgess, Derek Luke, Melissa Leo, Zosia Mamet and Becky Ann Baker.
